Tadashi Adamson (b. 1997) is a multi-disciplinary artist and designer exploring themes of memory and play, transcending everyday objects in both two and three dimensions. Born in Vancouver, Canada and raised in Okinawa, Japan, Tadashi received a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 2020. Select exhibitions of his work include: “States of Play” at The Empty Circle in Brooklyn, NY; “Seeing Inside” at SPRING/BREAK Art Show 2023 in New York, NY; “Wear Your Chair” at Pink Essay in Brooklyn, NY; and “Curating Model Behavior” at the Noguchi Museum in Queens, NY. In 2023, he founded the independent design practice, Tadashi Studio. Tadashi lives and works in New York City.
